What we collect

Account details: name, email, password (stored as a salted hash).
Business information you enter: profile, competitors, channels, baseline numbers.
Data your tools send us: reviews, inquiries, bookings and guest identifiers you choose to include.
Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To run your audit, generate drafts with our AI providers, deliver approved work to the destinations you configure, produce your reports, and contact you about your account.

Processors

Anthropic (AI models), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Guest data

If you send guest information, you are the controller of that data and must have a lawful basis for sharing it. Send only what reporting needs: an email or ID to recognize returning guests is enough.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and data at [email protected].
