Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Gramage LLC, doing business as Northlight ("Northlight", "we", "us").

The service

Northlight provides software that drafts, schedules and delivers marketing work for hospitality businesses using AI agents, together with reporting and strategy support ("the Service").

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for content you approve for publication. Agent output is a draft until approved by you or by an approval rule you set.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Starter plan has a minimum term of three months from its start date. A cancellation requested during the minimum term takes effect at its end. Moving to a higher plan ends the minimum term.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to post fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews where platforms prohibit it, send messages without the recipient's consent, or break any platform's terms.

Data

You own your business data and the content produced for you. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE WHERE GRAMAGE LLC IS REGISTERED].
